This site is an unofficial study aid for the Australian High Risk Work Licence written knowledge assessment, class LF (forklift truck), national unit of competency TLILIC0003. It is not affiliated with any state WHS regulator (SafeWork NSW, WorkSafe VIC, Workplace Health & Safety QLD, SafeWork SA, WorkSafe WA, WorkSafe TAS, WorkSafe ACT, NT WorkSafe), any Registered Training Organisation (RTO), or any standards body. It does not issue a licence. The real assessment must be conducted in person by an RTO accredited by your state regulator.

Always follow the operator's manual, the data plate, your site's Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) and your accredited RTO assessor over anything on this site.

We base content on publicly available material: the TLILIC0003 unit of competency, state WHS-regulator HRWL guidance, the model WHS Act 2011 and WHS Regulation 2017 (mirrored in each state), AS 2359 (Powered industrial trucks), and AS/NZS 2030 (Gas cylinders). State assessment instruments are not public. We make a best-effort simulation; we do not guarantee a pass.

ForkliftTutor.com is operated by Snowies Websites (the "seller", "we", "us"), based in Australia. By accessing or using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract, and where you act for an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to: use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; infringe anyone's intellectual property; upload or transmit malware; attempt to probe, scan or breach security; scrape, harvest or resell content; or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle will appear on your card or bank statement.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms. Please read them before you buy.

Our paid items (such as the Test-Day Pack) are digital downloads delivered to you immediately by email once payment is complete. Because the file is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download link has been issued. By completing checkout you acknowledge that the digital content is supplied immediately and you expressly waive any right to cancel or receive a refund after delivery, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Exceptions: nothing in this policy excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the digital file is faulty, materially differs from its description, or you were charged in error (for example duplicate charges, or your link was never delivered), contact us and we will put it right — by re-sending the file, by issuing a refund, or both, as appropriate.

To raise a refund request or billing question, email hello@snowieswebsites.com.au or use our payment processor's buyer portal at paddle.net (look up your order with the email you used at checkout). Paddle, as Merchant of Record, processes any approved refunds back to your original payment method.

Snowies Websites is the data controller for personal information collected through ForkliftTutor.com. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect and why

• Study activity (your answers, progress, session history) — stored only in your browser's localStorage on this device, to let you continue where you left off. Not sent to our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• Chat messages you send to the tutor or exam — transmitted to our chat endpoint and to our AI provider so the system can generate a reply. Used to operate the service; not used for advertising.
• Purchase information (your email address, Paddle transaction ID, the product purchased) — collected when you buy a paid item so we can deliver the file, send a receipt, and honour refund requests.
• Payment details (card or bank information) — collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data (IP address, browser/device basics, error logs) — used for security, abuse prevention, and to keep the service working.

Legal bases. We process personal data to perform our contract with you (delivering the product), on the basis of our legitimate interests (running and securing the service, preventing fraud), to comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting), and on consent where required (e.g. non-essential cookies, if any are added).

Who we share data with. We share the minimum necessary personal data with:

• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our Merchant of Record. Handles checkout, payments, billing, tax compliance, invoices, customer service for orders, and refunds.
• Hosting & infrastructure providers — to serve the site, run the database, and store purchased files.
• AI model providers — to generate tutor and exam replies from your messages.
• Email delivery provider — to send purchase confirmations and download links.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law.

Retention. Purchase records (email, transaction ID, product) are kept for up to 7 years to meet Australian tax and accounting obligations. Chat messages are kept only as long as needed to operate the service and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Browser localStorage data stays on your device until you clear it.

Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, request a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). Email hello@snowieswebsites.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) or your local data protection authority.

Security. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including HTTPS in transit, access controls, and least-privilege keys. Payment data is handled by Paddle on PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Snowies Websites nor any contributor is liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including failing an assessment, workplace incidents, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The interface, illustrations, prompts and structure of ForkliftTutor.com are owned by Snowies Websites. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and any purchased materials for your own personal study. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the service. Trademarks (state regulator names, names of standards, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used here only for reference.
